“Using and giving back to Pregnancy Help is a way for whanau to pass it on, receiving support and then giving back when their baby’s clothes and blankets are no longer needed.”

Volunteer With Pregnancy Help

Every day, Pregnancy Help volunteers help provide practical support, kindness, and connection to whānau during pregnancy and early childhood — and we couldn’t do this mahi without them.

By volunteering with Pregnancy Help, you can make a genuine difference in the lives of local whānau and tamariki within your community.

Whether you have a few hours a week or occasional time to give, there are many meaningful ways to get involved. From sorting baby clothing and preparing donations, to supporting branch operations, knitting and sewing, administration, fundraising, or helping create welcoming spaces for whānau — every contribution matters.

Volunteering with Pregnancy Help is more than just giving your time. It’s about helping ensure whānau feel supported, cared for, and connected during one of life’s most important stages.

No matter your background, skills, or availability, we would love to hear from you.

Join our caring community of volunteers and help support pēpi, tamariki, and whānau across Aotearoa.

There is a range of volunteer roles and times, please contact your nearest branch.
